虫の一匹一匹に火が灯っている。これまでの自分から一歩踏み出したくて、(未来に対する)情熱の炎と、(過去に対する)供養の炎をイメージして、あえて昔の作品に似せた構図で作った。苦楽を共にした虫達は、いつも私の背中を押してくれる。

Each insect is lit on fire. Wanting to take a step away from my past self, I imagined the flame of passion (for the future) and the flame of memorial (for the past), and dared to create a composition that resembled old works. The insects with whom I shared my struggles always push me.
